The program involves a year of exchange of experience for young high school students in the United States The goal of the program is to promote mutual understanding between U.S. citizens and countries in the region so that high school students learn more about the United States and introduce their home countries to Americans. "In 2020-2021, approximately 900 high school students will study in the United States under the FLEX program.
